We take payment immediately and then the payment for the next box is the 1st of every month.
Your box will arrive around the 12th - 15th of each month, however keep an eye on your inbox for a dispatch email to confirm.
Orders will need to be made by the last working day of the month for boxes shipped the following month. We post cut off date reminders on our social media pages, so make sure you're following us on Facebook and Instagram.
We like to keep some elements of surprise to our boxes! However, what we can tell you is that the themes are all age appropriate and sometimes related to the time of the year. You can find clues and sneak previews on our social media pages, and we often have 'unboxing' of previous months which can sometimes be purchased as one off boxes on our website.
Log into 'My account' on our website and select 'Manage my subscriptions'. Don't forget, there is always someone to help you out at email@example.com if you get stuck.
If you choose to provide your child's date of birth when you subscribe, you will have the option to join MLPB Birthday Club. On the month of your child's birthday, you will receive a birthday card.
Just enter your email address when going through the checkout process, or log into your account and change your settings under 'Manage my subscriptions'.
You can buy a one off box which can be sent to you or direct to the recipient, or why not purchase a subscription for the gift that keeps on giving?
Our subscription boxes are posted by Royal Mail.
We currently deliver all over the UK, including NI.
All children are different and you know your child best, so please do read through our box descriptions and choose the one you think best suits your little learner. If you would like to change which box you receive please email firstname.lastname@example.org
The boxes include a mixture of resources which are based on early years foundation stage research and our own experiences of what works at what age.

Each box comes with four items as standard, three chosen by us and, if you are a subscriber, one chosen by you. However, each month you have the option to 'bulk up your box' by purchasing add ons at a small additional cost.
Currently we do not offer this but hope to in the future.
Yes we do offer a referral scheme and your unique referral code is on your account page. When you sign up to the MLPB newsletter, you will receive a 10% discount code that must be used within three months of receiving it. If you know someone who would like to receive the newsletter there is an option during the checkout process or alternatively they can email firstname.lastname@example.org
There are no extra charges for postage and packaging on our subscription boxes. If additional items are bought that are too large for the box then any postage costs will be made clear at checkout.
Being eco friendly is important to us, so we have made sure all of our packaging is recyclable.

Safety is our top priority at My Little Play Box, however we always recommend children are not left unattended at any time. From time to time, we may include items which are 'taste safe'. We will always include an ingredients list so we ask that you check this carefully if your child has an allergy.

We use Subbly to run the checkout on our website so if you have set up an account with another website that also uses Subbly checkout it will be the same password. The easiest thing to do is click the 'forgotten password' button so that you can reset it.
Click the person icon in the top right corner to log into your account.
To view your subscription package, log into your account on the website.
Pause your subscription at any time using the 'Manage my subscriptions' section in your account.
Change information such as your email address, delivery address and payment method in the 'My account details' section of the website.
We accept online card payment by all major banks.

Royal Mail will deliver your box to a neighbour, leave it in a safe place or return it to the local post office for you to collect when you can.
Additional items bought will be placed in your subscription box and posted at the normal time (receiving it between the 12th-15th of the month).
Each month subscribers who have signed up to either the rolling monthly contract or the three month contract will have the option to choose one of three books to be included in the box. To choose your book for the following month log into your account, click manage, update choices, and choose your book.
